Refund policy

KSKS accepts returns only on items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Normal wear or washing issues

If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: ksksshops@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
